Welcome to the MĀIKA waitlist. By joining the waitlist at maikathelabel.com, you agree to these terms.
The waitlist
The waitlist lets you reserve a place in line for MĀIKA’s first drop and move up by answering questions and inviting friends. It is not a purchase and does not guarantee that any product will be offered, that it will be available in your size, or that any position, reward, or milestone will be delivered as described. Positions, point values, rewards, and milestones may change, and we may pause or end the waitlist at any time.
Referral program
You may share your personal invite link. To keep it fair:
- One account per person.
- Referral credit is granted only when an invited person joins with a genuine, verified email address.
- Creating fake accounts, using disposable or automated signups, self-referring, or otherwise gaming the system is not allowed.
- We may withhold or reverse points, adjust positions, or remove anyone we believe is abusing the program, at our discretion.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist, and you agree to provide accurate information.
Your communications
By joining, you consent to receive waitlist and launch communications as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate, and you can opt out of marketing at any time.
Intellectual property
The MĀIKA name, logo, designs, text, and imagery are owned by MĀIKA and may not be used without our permission.
Disclaimers
The waitlist is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MĀIKA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of the waitlist after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
